With 21 years estate agency experience, 10 of which since starting D W Smith & Co. David’s career as an estate agent started with a local independent in 1988. Having worked throughout Bristol and Bath, David also was a training manager for a large corporate estate agent covering Oxford to Exeter. Highly experienced in property sales and Lettings, land and property acquisition, David is still very involved in front line sales and valuing.

With 18 years experience in lettings and sales, Julie Ann is our Lettings Manager and has attained the Level 4 BTEC diploma (distinction) in residential letting and management, approved by the Guild of Letting and Management. Liaising with landlords and tenants alike Julie Ann often is the first point of contact, and can advise on the complex legislation integral to modern Lettings.

Karen has 20 years experience in sales and lettings and was instrumental in the setting up of D W Smith and Co, having been one of the founder members of staff. A Hanham resident Karen deals with sales progressing and the day to day running of the office. She can advise on schools transport and local amenities.

Tracey has been with D W Smith & Co for 5 years and specialises in residential lettings and management. Dealing primarily with drafting of contracts and referencing, Tracey has a very strong customer focus and extremely high service standards.

Allan helps manage our lettings portfolio by carrying out inventory checks, check-ins, check-outs and quarterly inspections. He is popular with tenants and landlords alike, as maintains regular contact with both, and is there to deal with any issues arising around on-going tenancies.
