David Smith
David specialises in residential Sales and lettings, land and
new Homes and investment buying. A Qualified member of the
National Association of Estate Agents, he has a considerable
background in selling homes throughout Bristol And Bath. David
also conducts training courses for other property professionals.
Karen Smith - Office Manager
Karen has worked in property for more than ten years both with
local, independent agents and large corporates. A local
resident, Karen can advise on school catchment areas and local
facilities and services.
Julie Ann Smith - Letting Manager
Julie Ann joined the company from a wide ranging background of
administrative experience ranging from Estate Agency, Financial
Services, Business Finance and Training. A Bristol University
graduate (BA Honours, French) she was latterly in a key position
as a PA at Director level in a national mailing company.
Although concentrating largely on the lettings side of the
business, she still plays an active part in sales activity.

Mortgage advice is available from Mark Lanario, of
Enhanced Wealth Ltd. Mark has considerable experience in
