Homes for sale in Yorkshire 'designed specifically for men'

A housing development company in Yorkshire has designed homes which
it claims are especially suited to men.
Just in time for Father's Day this Sunday (June 20th), Miller Homes
announced that its new properties in Castleford, Bradford and
Wakefield have been constructed for men who work from home.
Sales director at Miller Homes Yorkshire Steve McElroy said: "We
appreciate the need for study's or multi-functional rooms …
and we have designed many of our homes accordingly."
The firm estimated that 3.5 million people work from home including
many men so there is a need to design houses that are tailored
specifically for their needs.
Features of the new developments, which range from £72,495 to
£361,500, include extra power points and telephone sockets and
rooms with network capabilities to encourage a positive
home-working environment.
Miller Homes also has another property development at the new
commercial centre The Rock in Bury, with an open day planned with
Sunday.
