If you are a company considering investing in residential property for a long term letting investment we offer a service in where we can identify or advise on the potential letable value of a property long term and short term. We provide a detailed report on the area, type of tenant and of course the all important rental returns and whether, in our opinion, we think it is a sound investment.
Buy to Let
Many people are now investing in property as opposed to the traditional pension funds because of the potential returns that are available. We can advise on what type of house/flat/apartment to buy, likely returns and the potential pitfalls. Land
